Grupo Init and msg life held the session “How to innovate in the insurance offer”

In collaboration with Grupo Init, we have held the session “How to innovate in the insurance offer”, which has brought together leading companies in the insurance market.

A breakfast session whose objective was to convey to the insurance companies gathered there the benefits of the alliance established between Grupo Init and msg life for the development of technological solutions capable of digitizing and personalizing the customer experience in health and wellness processes. For this, after the opening and welcome to the session by Beatriz Arraibi, director of communication of Grupo Init, we had the intervention of the directors of both companies – Jose Antonio Saez de Ocariz (Init Group) and Jorge Miranda (msg life Iberia), who highlighted what differentiates each company and the benefits of the alliance for the insurance sector, ending the first part of the session with a video confirming the main benefits of the joint solution, which is now available here.

A session by María López, Co-founder and CEO of BitBrain, was followed focused on neuromarketing and technological innovation, entitled “How to understand customer behavior patterns, helping them to have a healthier life”.


After a short break and some interaction between the participants, a session of Lego Serious Play followed. A workshop promoted by Dolores Rico García, promoter of Safety, Health and Well-being at Work and Facilitator of Lego Serious Play, where the participants were able to identify the keys to creating an offer adapted to the profile and habits of the client.
